Boredom’s Detour
Oh so far we have to go
There's nothing to see
That I haven't already explored
But being at home made me really bored
So I took a walk, down to the train
And watch as each person walked by
There's guys and Gals
Big and Small
I saw colors I hadn't seen before
The bell on the door
Never stopped ringing
Playing who can I find next bingo
My phone in my hand I slowly ticked off what I saw
A guy wearing a big hat wasn't hard to find
Gals walking in high heel
And a guy almost falling like he slipped on a banana peel
This time wasn't boring but I wish there was more to see
I wish we had the sea right next door
So that once I got on the train there was a ocean to explore
Or boats that went so far that island you can't see on the map appear
You hear stories ear to ear
But it's always better seeing it in person
This train station was a fun treat
I'm no longer bored I guess it's time to find something to eat
